1. Shipping Areas

I currently ship to Germany and all other countries within the European Union as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All shipments are sent with tracking via trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Germany, Standard Shipping: approx. 1–5 business days

Germany, Express Shipping: approx. 1–2 business days

Other EU countries: approx. 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or public holidays. If a shipment is significantly delayed, please contact me and I will assist (see Section 6).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the delivery method you choose. The exact costs are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be indicated on the website.

5. Risk of Loss (Gefahrübergang)

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when the goods are handed over to you (or to a person designated by you), in accordance with § 475(2) BGB. Until then, the transport risk lies with me.

Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact me promptly at jewelrybyelfcloset@gmail.com if anything arrives damaged, this helps me resolve claims with the carrier quickly. However, reporting promptly is not a condition for your statutory rights.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact me at jewelrybyelfcloset@gmail.com with your order number. I will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, send a replacement or refund your payment. Since the transport risk lies with me until delivery (Section 5), you will not be left bearing the loss of a missing parcel.

7. Customs & Import Duties

Shipments within the European Union will face no customs or import duties that will be charged upon delivery. Shipments to Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway may incur import VAT and customs fees payable by the customer.
