Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas

I currently ship to all countries within the European Union, including the Schengen Area (Iceland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway).

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

I use trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. Domestic Standard Shipping within Germany usually takes about 1-5 business days and Express Shipping about 1-2 business days. International Shipping within the EU may take 7-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, or public holidays. Shipping will always be tracked.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen delivery method. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be indicated on my website.

5. Risk & Ownership

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact me immediately if there is any damage.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact me via email at jewelrybyelfcloset@gmail.com so I can assist you. I will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
