What metals do you use?
⤷ I use stainless steel for all of my main components such as earring closures, clasps, chains, jump rings etc. If not stated otherwise, pendants and metal spacer beads are made from alloy that has been coated in order to prevent tarnishing. My soldered items are made from a mix of tin and rosin, they are lead-free and therefore safe to wear!
Is your jewelry allergy-friendly?
⤷ I can guarantee that all my pieces made entirely from stainless steel are hypoallergenic and tarnish-proof, ensuring they last a lifetime. Jewelry with coated alloy components is also very unlikely to cause allergies, as long as the protective coating remains intact, preventing direct contact between the metal and your skin. In order to protect this coating, please keep your jewelry away from moisture and chemicals!
How do I care for my jewelry?
⤷ In order to maintain the condition of your jewelry, please keep it away from moisture, chemicals and remove it during physical activities. Jewelry made entirely from stainless steel is waterproof and resistant to tarnishing, even when it comes into contact with water.
Can I request custom-made jewelry?

Where do you ship?
⤷ Due to complex customs regulations that differ between each country, I am currently only able to ship my jewelry within the EU (including Switzerland). All orders are dispatched from Germany. You will NOT have to pay any extra fees upon delivery!
How can I track my order?
⤷ Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the order number sent to you by email on the Deutsche Post website: https://www.deutschepost.de/de/s/sendungsverfolgung.html
My order got lost, what can I do?
⤷ If your package is lost through no fault of your own, I will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. Before proceeding with that, I will provide help to track and locate any lost packages.
My jewelry broke, what can I do?
⤷ If your jewelry broke through no fault of your own, please message me on Instagram (elfcloset) about the damage. I will gladly repair your piece free of charge! You will only have to cover the shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
⤷ Your order can only be cancelled before it is processed. After this period, which usually takes just a few hours, I will be unable to cancel your order. All orders are processed as soon as possible, please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing the checkout. If you would like to change your address, please promptly send me an email with your order number so that I can still change it.
